Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, finding the perfect swimwear takes time, and we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Please review our exchange policy below to ensure a smooth and easy process.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Timeframe: Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items:
    1. Swimwear, bodysuit/bodies, T-shirts  must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
    2. All hygiene stickers, tags, and original packaging must be intact.
    3. Items that are stained, damaged, or have any signs of wear will not be accepted. 
  3. Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items, clearance items, or customized swimwear cannot be exchanged unless they are defective. 

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at sales@uvmooi.com within 5 days of receiving your swimwear. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will confirm if the items meet the exchange criteria and provide you with further instructions.
  3. Shipping Back the Items: After receiving approval, you must ship the items back to us within 10 days. The shipping cost for exchanges will be at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

  4. Processing: Upon receiving your returned items and confirming they meet our exchange criteria, we will process your exchange within 10 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund (if applicable) and place a new order.

We do not accept exchanges on swimwear that has been altered or custom-made
